Founder and President
Brad brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, finance, and construction execution. Known for his hands on leadership style, Brad is deeply involved in every phase of the development process, from site selection and underwriting to design, construction, leasing, and long term asset strategy. His practical, execution focused approach has helped shape Wytex BTS into a trusted development partner across Central Texas.
Prior to founding Wytex BTS in 2014, Brad spent eight years in Denver as a Partner at Doud BTS, where he led the development of more than $125 million in industrial and commercial projects across multiple asset classes throughout the United States. Earlier in his career, Brad worked in commercial banking, where he built a strong foundation in real estate finance, underwriting, and capital structures that continues to influence the company’s disciplined investment approach today.
Under Brad’s leadership, Wytex BTS was built around a focused thesis targeting daily needs retail and build to suit opportunities in high growth Texas markets. Over the last decade, he has overseen the successful execution of numerous Central Texas developments ranging from single tenant build to suits to complex multi tenant retail projects. Brad graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics.

PIERCE JONES
Development Advisor
Equal parts deal-maker and execution partner, Pierce plays a central role in shaping new development opportunities within the Wytex BTS platform — from site identification through lease-up. He partners with the team through his firm, Eden Hill Ventures LLC, and contributes across all aspects of the development process while also leading leasing on select projects.
With eight years of commercial real estate experience spanning new development leasing, tenant representation, and retail fuel and convenience transaction advisory, Pierce brings deep market relationships and a transaction-first instinct to every opportunity. Across roles at Endeavor Real Estate Group and Corner Realty, he negotiated 170,000+ SF of retail leases and completed 80+ transactions totaling approximately $80MM in volume — earning recognition as a CoStar Power Broker and Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter on multiple occasions. Pierce holds a degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.

Brittany oversees internal operations, marketing, and brokerage strategy across the Wytex platform. With a background spanning both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, she brings a strong operational mindset and a practical, execution focused approach to growing the business.
Brittany built her career in New York and Denver working across digital strategy, media, eCommerce, and marketing for globally recognized brands and organizations. Her experience includes roles with Oracle and the National Football League, along with leading marketing initiatives for major brands including Procter & Gamble, Victoria’s Secret, and MasterCard. Brittany graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Advertising.

Since joining Wytex BTS in May 2020, Billy has contributed to the successful delivery of more than $23 million in commercial projects.
With a well-rounded background spanning business operations, facilities management, and construction, Billy brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. His versatility and consistency make him a key driver of performance at Wytex BTS.
